Key Account Manager (real estate / luxury furniture) - Hospitality
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and sophisticated Key Account Manager to lead high-value client relationships within the luxury hospitality sector — from marquee hotels and resorts to upscale restaurants and serviced apartments.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and procurement leaders to deliver elegant, customized furniture solutions that define guest experiences across the finest hospitality environments. This is not just sales — it’s about influencing design narratives and curating products that complement global brand standards.
What You’ll Do
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with hotel chains, hospitality operators, F&B groups, and design studios.
- Act as the strategic point of contact across every stage — from project brief to final installation.
- Understand each client’s aesthetic language, brand ethos, and operational needs.
- Lead specification and tender processes for FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) packages.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure our products are part of every prestigious project.
- Deliver tailored furniture solutions that balance luxury, durability, and compliance.
Sales & Business Growth
Drive revenue and achieve sales targets through strategic account management.Present premium proposals, negotiate with CXOs and project heads, and close high-value contracts.Partner with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Oversee customization requirements and ensure on-time execution aligned with client milestones.Stay ahead of hospitality design trends, new openings, and brand expansion plans.Maintain CRM accuracy, project forecasts, and performance reports for leadership review.What You Bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience in furniture, interiors, or FF&E — ideally within hospitality.A strong network across hotel operators, designers, and procurement consultants.A passion for design, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.Education in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or Hospitality preferred.Location
