Job Description Supervise the performance and activities of the lobby lounge team. Ensure that the lobby lounge is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times. Oversee the food and beverage service provided to guests in the lounge. Train, schedule, and motivate lounge team to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the kitchen and team to ensure seamless operations in the lounge. Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations. Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals, updates, and any necessary changes. Assist in developing promotions or special events to drive traffic to the lobby lounge.

Qualifications Saudi National Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality setting Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food and beverage operations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
