Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. Support onboarding activities including document collection and orientation sessions. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system. Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and team-building events. Handle basic employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR staff. Prepare HR-related reports and maintain compliance with policies and labor regulations. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Eligible as per Tamheer program regulations Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. High level of organization and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field. Based full-time in Riyadh. Seniority level
