Responsibilities Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing
commercial sales team
dedicated to unmanaged accounts and whitespace. Define team structure, KPIs, and reporting cadence aligned with company growth and profitability objectives. Drive a
growth mindset culture , ensuring consistent upskilling, coaching, and performance management. Own the end-to-end sales cycle for commercial accounts, from initial engagement through negotiation and closure. Consistently achieve sales quotas by
converting leads into new accounts
and expanding across whitespace. Ensure
sustainable profitability
while pursuing aggressive growth targets. Partner with Marketing, Bid Management, and Presales to align campaigns, proposals, and client messaging. Use
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
for disciplined pipeline management, RFQ tracking, and forecasting. Market Development & Outbounding Launch
outbound prospecting campaigns
to introduce Diyar’s offerings into new market segments. Establish scalable
lead-generation strategies
targeting commercial and mid-market clients. Leverage
local market knowledge and contacts in Riyadh and across KSA
to maximize reach and opportunity creation. Oversee responses to
direct RFQs, EOIs, and tenders
from unmanaged accounts. Ensure all proposals are competitive, compliant, margin-protected, and aligned with Diyar’s value proposition. Collaborate with Bid Management and Presales to secure wins while ensuring profitability. Governance & Reporting Deliver accurate forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior leadership. Track market dynamics, competitor moves, and pricing trends to refine strategy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. 7–10 years of sales experience in IT solutions or services, with at least 3 years in a
sales leadership or commercial management role . Proven track record in
mid-market business development and RFQ / tender response management . Strong knowledge of IT offerings, including
infrastructure, cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity . Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
for pipeline and lead management. Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) with Arabic proficiency strongly preferred. Personal Attributes Hunter mentality with strong operational discipline. Entrepreneurial and growth mindset
