الموقع : الرياض – المملكة العربية السعودية نبحث عن مدير مبيعات ذو خبرة في مجال أنظمة الأنابيب البلاستيكية PVC وCPVC وHDPE، لديه معرفة فنية بالسوق وخبرة في مجال المبيعات الصناعية أو الإنشائية لقيادة وتطوير استراتيجية مبيعات المشاريع لتحقيق أهداف النمو والإيرادات من خلال إدارة علاقات العملاء، تطوير الفرص الجديدة، والإشراف على تنفيذ العمليات البيعية بكفاءة عالية ضمن قطاع المشاريع.

المهام : تطوير وتنفيذ خطة مبيعات استراتيجية تستهدف المشاريع الكبرى B2B، (مقاولين، مكاتب استشارية، هيئات حكومية). بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين، بما في ذلك مدراء المشاريع، الاستشاريين، والمطورين العقاريين. متابعة المناقصات والمشاريع الجديدة من مراحل التصميم حتى التنفيذ. إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية والمالية للمشاريع، وضمان التفاوض الفعّال لعقود البيع. قيادة فريق المبيعات وتحديد الأهداف الفردية والجماعية، وتقديم التدريب والتوجيه اللازم لهم. تنسيق العمل مع الأقسام الأخرى (التسويق، التخطيط، الخدمات اللوجستية) لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المحدد. مراقبة أداء السوق، وتحليل المنافسة، واقتراح استراتيجيات تحسين. إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة حول أداء المبيعات، التنبؤات، والفرص المستقبلية.

المتطلبات : درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل من لديه شهادة مهنية إضافية مثل MBA. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، منها 2-3 سنوات في مبيعات المشاريع. معرفة قوية بسوق المشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية أو المنطقة المجاورة. مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة. قدرة عالية على القيادة وتحفيز فرق العمل. إجادة استخدام برامج CRM وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

المهام : تسويق وبيع منتجات الشركة من الأنابيب والوصلات البلاستيكية. بناء علاقات مهنية مع العملاء في أنحاء المملكة. تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة شهريًا وسنويًا. تقديم الدعم الفني والاستشارات للعملاء حسب المواصفات. متابعة حركة السوق وتحليل أنشطة المنافسين. إعداد تقارير ومؤشرات الأداء البيعي بانتظام.

المتطلبات : خبرة لا تقل عن 2–5 سنوات في مبيعات مواد البناء أو الأنابيب. معرفة جيدة بمنتجات PVC / CPVC / HDPE. مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة. يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة سارية في السعودية. العمر المطلوب : لا يزيد عن 35 سنة.

Job Description (English) - Sales Manager – Projects Division Plastic Piping Systems (PVC, CPVC, HDPE)

Location : Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a solid background in plastic piping systems (PVC, CPVC, HDPE). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical market knowledge and proven experience in industrial or construction-related sales, with the ability to lead and develop a project sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the efficient execution of sales operations within the projects sector.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting major B2B projects (contractors, engineering consultants, and government authorities). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, and real estate developers. Follow up on tenders and new projects from the design phase through to execution. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for projects, ensuring effective negotiation and closure of sales contracts. Lead the sales team by setting individual and team objectives and providing ongoing coaching and guidance. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, planning, logistics) to ensure timely product delivery. Monitor market performance, analyze competition, and propose improvement strategies. Generate regular reports for management on sales performance, forecasts, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. (An additional professional qualification such as MBA is preferred.) Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in project-based sales. Strong knowledge of the projects market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the surrounding region. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and drive sales teams. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
