Overview

We are seeking a skilled Saudi Health and Safety Officer to ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and standards . The role focuses on enforcing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and leading HSE initiatives to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws , OHS regulations, and company HSE policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections , risk assessments , and safety audits
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective / preventive actions
  • Deliver HSE training , inductions, and toolbox talks
  • Promote safety awareness and ensure proper PPE use
  • Develop and lead emergency response plans and drills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification preferred
  • 0–4 years' experience in HSE management (telecom or corporate setting)
  • Strong knowledge of safety laws and emergency procedures
