Job Purpose

Manage the reporting on and optimizing asset revenue yield by managing pricing frameworks, auditing operator commercial execution, and deploying data-driven segmentation strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and sustainable performance across Red Sea Global’s hospitality and experiential assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish asset revenue management frameworks aligned with RSG investment goals
• Monitor operator pricing, distribution, and yield strategy compliance
• Analyze revenue performance indicators (RevPAR, TRevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR) to identify leakage and optimization opportunities
• Develop and apply asset-level market segmentation and pricing strategies
• Lead recurring commercial performance reviews with third-party operators and internal stakeholders
• Model revenue risk and sensitivity scenarios related to demand volatility and market disruption
• Align revenue initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Experience campaigns
• Validate forecast methodologies and accuracy across operator-submitted plans
• Maintain a centralized competitive pricing analysis system to inform tactical decision-making
