Manage the reporting on and optimizing asset revenue yield by managing pricing frameworks, auditing operator commercial execution, and deploying data-driven segmentation strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and sustainable performance across Red Sea Global’s hospitality and experiential assets. Job Responsibilities

Establish asset revenue management frameworks aligned with RSG investment goals Monitor operator pricing, distribution, and yield strategy compliance Analyze revenue performance indicators (RevPAR, TRevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR) to identify leakage and optimization opportunities Develop and apply asset-level market segmentation and pricing strategies Lead recurring commercial performance reviews with third-party operators and internal stakeholders Model revenue risk and sensitivity scenarios related to demand volatility and market disruption Align revenue initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Experience campaigns Validate forecast methodologies and accuracy across operator-submitted plans Maintain a centralized competitive pricing analysis system to inform tactical decision-making Managerial Responsibilities

Provide input to the Department’s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, in alignment with RSG’s vision and mission. Develop the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets. Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor financial performance. Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication. Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management. Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Revenue Management, or a related field. (Master’s Degree preferred) Years of Experience : 10 years (with 2+ in managerial roles) Other Requirements

Professional certifications (e.g., CRME – Certified Revenue Management Executive) are preferred.
