This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. We will be supporting our regional and international clients on various projects and programmes; from residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure development and transactional advisory services. You’ll be responsible for

Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with project goals. Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, local authorities, and community groups. Develop and implement permitting strategies aligned with RIBA stage gates. Prepare and manage permitting schedules and trackers with interface milestones across planning, design, and construction. Lead coordination efforts for permitting processes and ensure timely approvals. Oversee land allocation activities, ensuring alignment with master planning and regulatory frameworks. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and briefings to resolve concerns and maintain alignment. Monitor stakeholder feedback and integrate insights into project planning and execution. Support regulatory coordination and interface with permitting authorities. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and clients. You’ll need to have

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects / programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. Proven experience in permitting and land allocation processes, preferably in the Middle East. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with government protocols, regulatory environments, and cultural sensitivities. KSA experience is preferred. Our values
