Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly presentable, ambitious, and results-driven professional with proven experience in business development and sponsorship acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients and corporates in Saudi Arabia, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the ability to represent Cave Events at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure new clients, sponsors, and partners for events.
- Leverage your personal and professional network to bring in business.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Build long-term relationships with corporates, government entities, brands, and agencies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored proposals for clients.
- Consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or sponsorship acquisition in the events industry .A strong, existing network in Saudi Arabia with decision-makers in corporates, brands, and agencies.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills .Fluent in English and Arabic .Highly presentable, professional, and confident in client-facing roles.Entrepreneurial mindset : self-driven and motivated to achieve results.Compensation & Growth
