We are seeking a highly presentable, ambitious, and results-driven professional with proven experience in business development and sponsorship acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients and corporates in Saudi Arabia, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the ability to represent Cave Events at the highest level. Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and secure new clients, sponsors, and partners for events. Leverage your personal and professional network to bring in business. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals. Build long-term relationships with corporates, government entities, brands, and agencies. Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored proposals for clients. Consistently achieve revenue and growth targets. Requirements
Proven experience
in business development, sales, or sponsorship acquisition in the
events industry . A
strong, existing network in Saudi Arabia
with decision-makers in corporates, brands, and agencies. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills . Fluent in
English and Arabic . Highly presentable, professional, and confident in client-facing roles. Entrepreneurial mindset : self-driven and motivated to achieve results. Compensation & Growth
