This is a full-time, on-site role for a Risk Management Manager located in Riyadh. The Risk Management Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within the university. Duties include developing and implementing risk management policies, conducting risk assessments and audits, analyzing financial data and trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to establish risk management best practices and providing regular reports to senior management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Law. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Certified Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or governance. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000) and compliance standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Ability to work across departments and engage with senior leadership. Key Duties

Develop, implement, and monitor governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Maintain the enterprise risk register and monitor mitigation plans. Conduct compliance reviews and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Support the design and testing of internal controls and follow up on audit findings. Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to executive leadership, Audit Committee, and Board. Coordinate training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance and risk management. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on institutional operations. Act as a liaison with auditors, regulators, and other oversight bodies. Job Details
