The role also involves coordinating with various departments to establish risk management best practices and providing regular reports to senior management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Law. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Certified Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or governance. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000) and compliance standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Ability to work across departments and engage with senior leadership. Key Duties
Develop, implement, and monitor governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Maintain the enterprise risk register and monitor mitigation plans. Conduct compliance reviews and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Support the design and testing of internal controls and follow up on audit findings. Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to executive leadership, Audit Committee, and Board. Coordinate training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance and risk management.
