Business Need / Purpose of Role

The Warehouse Plant Supervisor organizes warehouse activities through outsourcing suppliers, manages reports and activities for : Material receiving Material preparation for production Internal handling (loading and unloading of trucks and supply material for production) Painting and management at site Packaging management and related documentation Managing the relationship with outsourcing suppliers to respect all required services. Objectives & Measurement – Key Responsibilities

Ensure safety and health conditions are established in the warehouse. Organize warehouse activities, enter data and maintain it in the SAP system. Supply material for production activities. Support and supervise inventory activities. Supervise outsourcing KPIs on a weekly basis. Plan packaging and painting activities weekly. Supervise the aftermarket department weekly. Follow up on documents for packaging design and goods delivery. Manage external warehouses. Analyze data (SAP, KPIs, etc.) to reduce inventory, improve customer service level and lower total costs while optimizing processes from a Lean perspective. Prevent potential issues in workshop planning caused by missing or incorrect material. Coordinate and manage the disposal of obsolete material according to internal rules. Education and Experience

Technical degree with 5–10 years of working experience in a warehouse department. Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written; organizational skills; problem‑solving & analytical skills; SAP proficiency is required. Computer Skills

Database, inventory, manufacturing, order processing, spreadsheet, word processing. Health & Safety Responsibilities

Every worker must observe safety regulations and use company‑provided tools and organizational measures. The worker is the first guarantor of safety in the company. Main duties include : Contribute to fulfilling health and safety obligations in the workplace. Observe directives and instructions for collective and individual protection. Use work equipment, dangerous substances, vehicles and safety devices correctly. Use protection devices appropriately. Notify the employer of any danger or anomaly condition and work to eliminate or reduce dangerous situations. Do not remove or modify safety or environmental protection devices without authorization. Do not carry out operations not within competence that could compromise safety. Participate in training programs set up by the employer. Undergo required health checks as per Legislative Decree 81 / 08 or as ordered by the company physician. Accountability for Safety

Supervise and ensure workers comply with legal obligations and company provisions on health, safety, and environmental protection. Implement the BBS protocol to guarantee compliance. Address non‑compliance with verbal reminders and, if persistent, inform the direct superior. Promptly report deficiencies in work equipment, protective equipment, and dangerous conditions to the direct supervisor or relevant safety manager.
