Key Responsibilities
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead and motivate front‑of‑house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Manage guest feedback and implement improvements where required.
Drive revenue through upselling and proactive guest engagement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Compensation and Benefits
SAR 12,500 per month (tax‑free), live‑out arrangement.
Annual flight ticket.

Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a high‑volume, premium restaurant or café.
Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire multicultural teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency an advantage.
Organized, hands‑on leader with a guest‑first mindset.
