Sales Manager – Modular & Portable Buildings at Al-Damegh Prefab Houses Factory, Dammam. Specialized in selling and marketing modular and portable buildings, with extensive experience in the Saudi market and full knowledge of Aramco’s technical standards and requirements. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales of prefab buildings (portable and modular). Identify and open new markets; establish strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers. Lead and manage the sales team and improve their performance. Prepare competitive offers and participate in technical and commercial proposals. Follow up on project execution and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitors to generate new growth opportunities. Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Saudi market, preferably with a strong background in modular / prefab building sales. In-depth knowledge of the requirements and standards of ARAMCO, SABIC, Ma’aden, and SEC. Full understanding of project requirements within the Saudi market, especially for major developments (Qiddiya, Red Sea, NEOM, etc.). Skilled in preparing competitive bids and responding to RFPs. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English is required. Work Details
