Post-Graduation Bridge (PGB) Program
is an internship initiative designed to provide Saudi graduates with hands-on industry experience and global exposure. This program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, preparing participants for successful careers in the engineering and water technology sectors. Participants will gain real-world experience through structured training, on-the-job mentoring, and international exposure. Upon successful completion, high-performing trainees will be invited to apply for
full-time roles
within WETICO-IWAC. Program Activities As a trainee in the
PGB Program , you will : Participate in a structured orientation program led by a designated supervisor. Gain hands-on, practical training in engineering and water / environmental technologies. Support technical teams in project-related tasks and activities. Learn industry best practices through job shadowing and real-time feedback. Contribute to problem-solving, process improvements, and technical documentation. Attend formal training sessions aligned with your area of expertise. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned objectives. Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, safety, and professional growth. Duration :
6 months, full-time (40+ hours per week). Training Locations : 25% of training in
Spain
(approx. 1.5 months). 75% of training in
Saudi Arabia
(approx. 4.5 months). Structure : Phase 1 – Orientation :
Introduction to the company, program, and roles under the guidance of a designated supervisor. Phase 2 – On-the-Job Training (OJT) :
Hands-on experience, job shadowing, and real-time learning with continuous feedback. Phase 3 – Formal Training :
Classroom and technical training led by HR aligned with competency frameworks. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, industrial, civil). Minimum GPA of
3.2 / 4.0 . Strong academic foundation with a desire to apply knowledge in practical environments. Excellent communication skills in English (program’s official language).
