Must-Have : 3+ years of experience in real estate development.

Familiar with AOR systems and interdisciplinary project environments.

Proficient in technical analysis tools, architecture review, and financial evaluation Nice to Have : Experience in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is an advantage.
