Senior Architect Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Hospitality projects

to join our team in

Riyadh , Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

Review technical submittals from the contractor, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and samples. Manage site inspectors and provide them with technical support and guidance. Ensure compliance of architectural works with project specifications and approved drawings. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues. Monitor the progress and quality of architectural works installations on site. Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities related to architectural works. Review and comment on contractor’s requests for information (RFIs) and technical queries. Ensure that work executed on-site aligns with the approved construction schedule. Maintain proper documentation and records related to landscape / hardscape supervision. Attend coordination and progress meetings as required. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or more in Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

15+ years

of experience in architectural engineering consultancy,

with a focus on hospitality projects . Excellent knowledge of engineering systems, technologies, principles, codes, and practices. Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions with detail-oriented analytical approach. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Willingness to relocate, if required. Must have a Valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant). Must have a Valid and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi). Seniority level
