• Precast concrete products and architectural elements We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect Engineer to join our dynamic PMO team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams . Key Accountability Areas

Facilitate communication between site teams, PMO, QC, and the technical design team; schedule and lead coordination meetings to address technical and operational issues. Offer technical advice and problem-solving support to site and design teams; assist in resolving technical conflicts and discrepancies. Collect and review site-specific requirements and ensure their accurate integration into project plans; monitor changes in site conditions and update technical designs accordingly. Maintain detailed records of technical requirements, decisions, and changes; prepare comprehensive reports for the PMO and other stakeholders. Ensure that all technical designs and implementations comply with relevant standards and regulations; conduct quality checks and validation of technical outputs Capability to review, investigate & solve clashes. Knowledge in architectural fit out & curtain wall systems. Knowledge in MEP systems Role Accountability

Good experience with SAP System. Good experience with all Microsoft office & Power BI. Good Experience with design program field (AutoCAD 2D 3D & Revit) Proficiency in project management software. Strong analytical and communication skills. Required experience 3-10 years Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering or Any relevant field
