Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and execution of high-profile hospitality and F&B projects. You will play a key role in shaping the design vision, overseeing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities

Leading the architectural design process from concept to completion, including design development, detailing, and construction documentation. Providing technical expertise and guidance to the design team. Collaborating with interior designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Ensuring the project meets client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines. Conducting design reviews and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on hospitality and F&B projects. Proven experience in leading and managing design teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience in sustainable design and green building practices.
