Active use of recruitment tools Suggest proper medias for approaching the right candidates. Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels Keeps track and documentation of : interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Proactive coordination with departments for interviews Education & Qualification

Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Meet the requirements of Tamheer Program Proficiency in English language Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Seniority level
