Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities. Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes. Active use of recruitment tools Suggest proper medias for approaching the right candidates. Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels Keeps track and documentation of : interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Proactive coordination with departments for interviews Education & Qualification
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Meet the requirements of Tamheer Program Proficiency in English language Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Seniority level
