Meet The Team
The Territory Sales Manager represents Dexcom, calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions focusing on diabetes care. The role provides technical expertise to customers regarding Dexcom’s products and supports continued and expanded use.
Where You Come In
- Promote Dexcom products within an assigned geographic area or specific accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Develop new customers and / or expand existing accounts to meet individual sales targets within the geographic area.
- Build, develop, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators, and purchasers.
- Develop and implement market development plans and strategies, educating the company’s products and services, and supporting the business in its activities.
- Arrange product demonstrations, plan and execute sales activities, and provide ongoing sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, and customer opportunities.
- Actively pursue initiatives and execution tools that maximize growth in product penetration.
- Provide feedback on marketing intelligence to sales and marketing management business units.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
What Makes You Successful
3 years of diabetes or equivalent experience with a proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success.Proven track record of success within the healthcare environment.Sound experience of analyzing data.Understanding of CRM system.Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic.What You’ll Get
