Key Responsibilities
Work closely with account managers teams to identify opportunities in digital transformation, IoT, and AI.Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.Translate customer challenges into value-driven solutions leveraging IoT platforms, AI / ML models, and cloud-native architectures.Develop and prepare comprehensive and professional sales and pre‑sales presentations to the customer and adhere to ATSS sales pitch and documentation templates, standards, and quality for solution design and proposal development.Design high‑level architectures and technical solutions for IoT and AI use cases (smart cities, manufacturing, energy, defense, healthcare, etc.).Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs).Develop RFI responses, proposals, and solution documentation in collaboration with solution architects and product managers.Support solutions and bid team with technical expertise and innovation.Stay updated on emerging IoT, AI, cloud, and digital transformation trends to recommend best‑fit solutions.Provide subject‑matter expertise on IoT platforms (sensors, connectivity, cloud / edge computing), AI / ML pipelines, and cybersecurity compliance.Partner with engineering teams to align client requirements with available products, platforms, and services.Support product development teams on products that pertain to pre‑sales manager’s clients.Support PMO teams on projects that pertain to pre‑sales manager’s clients.Support operations teams on projects that pertain to pre‑sales manager’s clients.Support the sales team by articulating solution value, ROI, and TCO (total cost of ownership) to decision‑makers.Develop solution roadmaps and adoption strategies aligned with clients’ digital transformation journeys.Build strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to strengthen solution offerings.Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation is an added advantage.Relevant certifications such as AWS / Azure Cloud Solutions Architect, PMP, TOGAF, IoT Specialist, or AI / ML certification are preferred.Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in Pre‑Sales, Solution Design, or Technical Consultancy roles within Digital Transformation, IoT, AI, Cloud Computing, or System Integration.Proven track record in developing and delivering complex technology solutions across multiple sectors such as smart cities, defense, energy, manufacturing, or telecommunications.Experience working in or with Saudi Arabia’s digital ecosystem, government entities, or large enterprises is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in leading pre‑sales engagements, developing technical and financial proposals, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams (Sales, PMO, Operations, Engineering).Technical Skills
Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, including sensors, data acquisition, connectivity, edge and cloud architectures, and data analytics platforms.Proficiency in AI / ML solution frameworks, data‑driven decision models, and integration with business applications.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API integrations, cybersecurity principles, and DevOps practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
