Job Title : Hotel Operations Instructor

Functional Description :

The Hotel Operations Instructor is responsible for educating students in front office operations, housekeeping, guest services, and overall hotel management practices. The role aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in hotel and resort management. The Hotel Operations Instructor will design and implement curricula, lead classroom, and oversee the maintenance of a safe and productive learning environment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and design course materials, lesson plans, and practical training modules.
• Ensure the curriculum covers a wide range of Hotel Operations skills.
• Teach courses in front office management, reservations, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Provide hands-on training that simulates real hotel operational environments.
• Monitor student performance and provide academic and career guidance.
• Foster professionalism, cultural awareness, and customer service excellence in students.
• Ensure teaching incorporates the latest hospitality technologies and trends.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Participate in faculty meetings, program reviews, and professional development activities.
