Projects Director - Hospitality Construction

Job descriptionManage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support. Monitor projects’ budgets and resources and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success. Recruitment of key personnel. Track projects milestones and deliverables and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide senior leadership and mentorship to project team members. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise. Continuously improve project management processes and practices. Bachelor / Master’s Degree in civil engineering / construction from an accredited western university Having worked for a respected main contracting company previously Minimum 20 years experience Extensive experience in 5 Hospitality & High Rise International project experience including within the GCC is preferred.
Location : Al -Ula, Saudi Arabia
Salary : SAR 100-110,000 per month + Benefits
