Brand & Marketing Manager (Riyadh)

Purpose of the Role :
The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead brand building, marketing, and enrollment strategies for the organization. This role is pivotal in strengthening market presence, driving enrollments, and nurturing key partnerships. The Manager will collaborate with admissions, academic, customer experience, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and enrolment success.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing
Oversee all digital and social media properties, activating and optimizing campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Conceptualize and curate high-quality content (visual, video, copy) aligned with brand guidelines to enhance visibility, equity, and engagement.
Plan and execute lead generation and performance campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and display channels.
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns, track ROI, and improve conversion metrics.
Manage media buys, negotiate placements, and build relationships with publishers and mainstream media for earned visibility.
Collaborate with creative partners (videographers, designers, content creators) to produce impactful brand assets.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Organize recruitment events, open days, and campaigns for promotion.
Work closely with all stakeholders for brand alignment and messaging across all touchpoints.
Admissions & Enrollment
Drive enrollments across the campuses by developing strategies that strengthen the admissions funnel and improve lead-to-enrolment conversions.
Collaborate with Parent Liaison (PL) teams to forecast, plan, and meet enrollment targets.
Conceptualize promotions and offers to attract families and accelerate enrollments.
Provide training, tools, and support to admissions and CX teams for on-ground conversions.
Monitor and analyze competitor activity, providing regular market intelligence and insights.
Prepare enrolment reports with KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and funnel analysis.
Partnerships
Build and nurture relationships with corporates, relocation agencies, recruitment agents, and embassies to drive referrals and awareness.
Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning.
Organize events and networking opportunities with partners to expand reach.
Requirements
Education / Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience : 7–10 years’ experience in brand and marketing management, preferably in education or service industries.
