Sales Manager, LV | alfanar Electric – alfanar Lead and optimize the sales team in promoting and selling electrical systems and solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning : Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans for systems and solutions; prepare and execute annual sales plans to achieve section sales targets; monitor sales performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions to address deviations. Sales Execution : Ensure the sales team fulfills all aspects of the sales process, including order processing and distributor coordination; support negotiations and ensure compliance with pricing policies and contract terms. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities; follow up on opportunities and provide solutions to customer requirements. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct regular market analysis to track industry trends and competitor activities; provide market insights and recommendations to management for decision-making. Internal Communication : Ensure effective communication between the sales section, factories, and other departments to align on business plans and objectives; coordinate with marketing and prequalification teams to support product positioning and promotion efforts. Team Development and Performance : Define yearly objectives and KPIs for the section sales team; identify training needs, support skill development, and ensure high performance levels. Reporting and Compliance : Prepare regular progress reports on section sales performance and market conditions; ensure compliance with company sales policies, processes, and reporting standards. HR Proficiency : Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management; ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them; ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination; assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results; ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy. Responsibility : Must take full responsibility for operations as per the job description and required deliverables; anticipate problems and take proactive steps to prevent them; ability to take necessary and timely decisions. Delivery : Deliver the required results in a timely manner with required quality and cost; make a tangible difference to the area of operation and exceed business expectations. Business Planning and Performance : Transform corporate goals into business plans; plan, follow-up, and execute annual or development plans; monitor plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results and take corrective action; provide periodic work progress reports; monitor and control budgets and expenses to achieve optimum cost efficiency. Business Process Improvements : Develop and coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities; be conversant with IT solutions relevant to the role and promote automated systems. Quality : Quality is a prime competitive advantage; act accordingly. Adaptation : Adapt to new techniques, technologies, management structures, and business models.
