Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in electrical manufacturing—specifically in the sales of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, build long-term customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals for LV and MV switchgear products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial, utility, and infrastructure sectors.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by ensuring satisfaction, timely support, and value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment of customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end users to promote company products and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable business outcomes.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales of LV / MV switchgear or related electrical equipment.Strong knowledge of switchgear design, electrical distribution systems, and power solutions.Demonstrated experience working with major industry clients, EPC contractors, and consultants.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Strong business acumen with the ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals effectively.A self-driven, goal-oriented professional with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.Seniority Level
