Workforce Assistant Manager – Saudi National

• Support the execution of workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels aligned with operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain staff schedules to balance workforce coverage and labor efficiency.
• Monitor and report on workforce KPIs (attendance, productivity, schedule adherence, etc.) to support performance tracking.
• Analyze staffing and performance data to highlight trends and propose process improvements.
• Assist in training and supporting team members on workforce tools and scheduling best practices.
• Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to maintain and enhance workforce management systems and dashboards.
• Assist in implementing the Division’s goals (ABCs and OKRs) and ensure alignment with team‑level objectives.
• Provide analytical inputs and insights to support planning and decision‑making.
• Track functional OKRs and operational metrics, flagging potential risks or variances for review.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve forecasting accuracy, schedule optimization, and workforce productivity.
