WSP is seeking a Work Winning Partner to lead strategic proposals and bids, drive pricing and governance processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, competitive submissions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Management

Lead the development of strategic proposals, including crafting technical strategies and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams, overseeing the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through to project set up.

Perform bottom-up and top-down pricing across multiple sectors and sub-sectors for WSP.

Serve as a gatekeeper for work-winning governance, ensuring all opportunities undergo appropriate sign-offs in line with regional and global delegation of authority.

Act as a champion for data integrity within core CRM systems by promoting accountability across Business Units for accurate and timely input and maintenance of opportunity data.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and connector across the business.
