The Role As Head Grower, you’ll oversee crop production across our existing and expanding facilities, lead a skilled team of growers, and drive improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee integration and startup of 8.5 hectare hi tech greenhouse

Utilize Priva systems to optimize climate, irrigation, and fertigation strategies

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of growers and support staff

Monitor crop health, production metrics, and quality standards

Collaborate on R&D, varietal trials, and process innovation

Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and environmental standards

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in large-scale greenhouse tomato production

In-depth knowledge of Priva systems, hydroponics

Proven leadership and staff management capabilities

Degree or diploma in horticulture, agronomy, plant science, or related field

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
