Head of Fitout & Construction

Tripod Global is seeking an experienced Construction & Fit-out Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for managing and overseeing all construction and fit-out activities for Commercial, Retail, and Hospitality across KSA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and proven experience working with PMC firms on large-scale construction and interior fit-out projects in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all fit-out and interior design works across assigned projects, ensuring delivery within quality, time, and budget parameters.
• Involvement in the Tendering & Bidding Process with good commercial sense.
• Responsible for Department P&L.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications and design intent.
• Review and approve fit-out design drawings, materials, and method statements in coordination with design and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with the client, project management, and site teams for timely resolution of issues and approvals.
• Manage quality inspections and handover documentation to ensure smooth project completion.
• Review and verify contractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Conduct design and constructibility reviews to identify value engineering opportunities.
• Support project close-out, final inspections, and snag list management.
