Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules using logistics software and best practices to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods, considering cost, transit time, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate all transportation activities to meet specified delivery schedules and customer requirements, ensuring On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) delivery of goods.
• Prepare and process comprehensive shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
• Minimize delays, discrepancies, and damages during transit.
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, coordinating with warehousing teams for receiving and dispatching goods, and assisting in inventory reconciliation.
• Process and track orders, ensuring accurate order entry, monitoring order status, and providing timely updates to customers.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in the logistics chain to prevent delays or discrepancies.
