Job Responsibilities

• Update the logistics information in SAP (Shipping details Tab)
• Monitor and communicate with suppliers to ensure the confirmed dispatch date.
• Check & handover all legalized documents to customs broker before shipment arrival date.
• Monitor and communicate with customs broker for shipment release on time with zero demurrage charges.
• Ensure the claim process for damaged materials matches the insurance company policy.
• Communicate with AE & FO regarding the damaged materials.
• Communicate & follow up with claim status in order to close the subject claim.
• Communicate with all freight forwarders for RFQ.
• Define local parts for Zone-spare parts catalogues, following Zone guidelines.
• Establish and update internal pricing for material used in repair sales (WSP).
• Provide technical support to the branches regarding parts identification and sourcing.
• Negotiate product prices in case of high volumes and new products.
• Create, modify and substitute local parts in SAP.
• Post GR and GI in SAP.
