Customs Clearance Specialist

Job descriptionA degree or certification in Logistics or a related field. 3-4 years’ experience in Customs Clearance within the same industry. Manage 24 / 7 customs clearance operations and provide regular shipment updates. Prepare and review customs documents and approvals. Promptly resolve clearance issues, holds, and delays. Ensure compliance with national and international customs regulations. Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and approvals. Liaise with government offices and ministries to support logistics operations. Monitor and communicate regulatory updates and changes. Handle renewal applications for temporary import / export shipments. Support the team with ad-hoc requests and written approvals.
