Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Spa Department in Riyadh, the Director of Spa & Wellness is responsible for the overall spa & wellness colleagues and functions, and will take full responsibility for the female and male Spa and pool operations. Responsibilities

Understand and disseminate / communicate all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures to the colleagues. Ensure compliance with MOHG Code of Conduct; all business activities and decisions must comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations and other requirements. Develop the yearly budget for the female and male Spa & Wellness. Re-forecast the budget as necessary. Oversee the financial performance of the spa and related departments. Develop Spa marketing plans with the Director of Marketing Communications and execute the plan. Develop marketing strategies for the Spa & Wellness department. During briefings, discuss issues and provide information on special attention guests and groups in-house. Review the training log for Treatments Manager, Operations Manager and Departmental Trainers. Oversee the operations of the division and guest interactions. Review treatments and notes in Spa Soft. As Director of Spa & Wellness we expect from you

Address concerns, enquiries and complaints from spa & wellness guests and potential guests. Support sustainability initiatives. Review stock checks at month-end for financial reports.
