Spa Therapist

Overview

Spa Therapist is responsible for providing spa treatments to guests of the Spa, ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation and describing our Spa Treatment Menu. Other responsibilities include making recommendations to guests for treatments and home care products, ensuring treatment rooms are well-stocked and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after treatments.

Knowledge And Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and a variety of massage and bodywork techniques
• Warm, engaging personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and the highest standards of professionalism
• Strong physical stamina and coordination
• Guest-focused with an intuitive approach to service excellence
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and potential for growth
• Formal education in massage therapy, physiotherapy, or holistic treatments
