مندوب المبيعات هو عنصر حيوي في أي منظمة، حيث يلعب دورًا محوريًا في تعزيز المبيعات وزيادة الإيرادات. في هذا الدور، سيكون لديك الفرصة للعمل مع مجموعة متنوعة من العملاء، وتقديم حلول مبتكرة تلبي احتياجاتهم. يتطلب المنصب مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء. كما يتطلب الفهم العميق للمنتجات والخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على تحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة.

Responsibilities

تطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
التواصل مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين لفهم احتياجاتهم.
تقديم العروض التقديمية للمنتجات والخدمات بطريقة جذابة.
تحليل بيانات السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص.
التفاوض على العقود والشروط مع العملاء.
تقديم الدعم الفني والمساعدة للعملاء بعد البيع.
تحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء والمبيعات بشكل دوري.
المشاركة في الفعاليات والمعارض التجارية لتمثيل الشركة.
تقديم تقارير دورية عن أداء المبيعات والإيرادات.
تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الجدد.
