We are looking for a Sales Development Associate Manager with 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales (preferably in HRMS, ATS, ERP solutions). The ideal candidate is a top performer with a strong ability to drive enterprise sales, build strategic relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing key accountsEngage with C‑level executives, HR, finance, and procurement teams to position FlyAkeed as a strategic travel management solutionDrive enterprise‑level sales with a consultative approach, understanding the client's business needs and travel challengesWork closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and the marketing team to generate and convert leads into long‑term customersManage complex negotiations and ensure a high close rate for high-value contractsProvide market insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance FlyAkeed's product offerings and sales strategiesMentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performanceRequirements
