What will this role achieve

• The HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR department and should be able to manage programs and lead the staff with a strategic mindset to ensure that companys all HR needs are being met and are aligned with the companys business objectives.
• Anticipate all upcoming Admin challenges laws and regulations changes and act proactively to assure smooth business continuity
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and ensure a high level of professionalism customer service and responsiveness.
