At a Glance

We’re hiring an HR Operations Supervisor to keep our workforce engine running smoothly across rigs and projects. You’ll own day-to-day people logistics—crew changes, POB / rosters, travel, visas, medical / training validity, timesheets, leave—and make sure data in Workday and SAP is accurate, auditable, and ready for payroll and client reporting. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and central to compliance with Saudi labor law, Qiwa, and major client standards (e.g., Aramco).

Work Type : Permanent

Location : Damman Base, Saudi Arabia
