About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Design Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visionary architectural designs that blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability while considering the unique cultural context of the region.

Role :

a. Day to day involvement in development of project design activities and production from the early stage design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation.

Design Management and Team Leadership :

a. Adhere to project deadlines.

b. Maintain the design quality standards.

c. Deliver the project under the guidance Senior Architect (SA) and / or Design Manager (DM) while providing technical support to Architects.

d. Participate in the implementation of the project execution plan.

e. Participate in the preparation of the projects’ list of deliverables.

Design & Technical Expertise :

a. Contribute to preparation of project / s’ concept design preparation including but not limited to :

I. Project Model / s and Graphical presentation

II. Drawings and Reports

b. Collaborate with SA and DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.

c. Develop project deliveries while maintaining high-quality design documents and construction drawings.

d. Adopt creative design and problem‑solving approach.

e. Participate in the design coordination process within Architecture team and with disciplines (in house or external design partners : civil, structure, MEP, ID, Landscape, vertical transportation, & other specialists’ consultant)

f. Develop project BIM Models and production of Design documents / reports.

g. Participate in design code review and building materials / systems selection.

h. Maintain the models’ BIM quality level in coordination with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.

i. Implement successfully the project BIM Execution plan.

j. Accountable for successful project delivery meeting the targeted deadlines.

k. Accountable for maintaining the project deliverables Quality.

l. Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project’s man‑hours assigned by team leader.

Communication and Collaboration :

a. Fluency in spoken and written communication

b. Active participation in internal meetings, presentations, and workshops.

c. Building strong relationships with team members.

d. Promoting and maintaining collaborative environment in the office

Department Operations :

a. Maintain professional code of conduct in line with the company’s ethics.

b. Collaborate effectively with other disciplines.

c. Participate in Knowledge sharing and skills development.

d. Develop ownership approach to assigned design tasks.

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
• Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills
• Good knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Saudi Arabia
• Good communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge in sustainable design practices and green building technologies
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and local architectural styles
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects independently
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
• Understanding of Saudi Arabian culture and its influence on architectural design
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits
• Proficiency in English
