Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visionary architectural designs that blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability while considering the unique cultural context of the region.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day involvement in development of project design tasks assigned by the team leader from early stages of design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation.

Design Management and Team Leadership

Adhere to project deadlines.

Maintain the design quality standards.

Deliver the project under the guidance of Project Architect (PA), Senior Architect (SA) and / or Design Manager (DM).

Design & Technical Expertise

Contribute to the preparation of project concept design, including project models and graphical presentations.

Prepare drawings and reports.

Collaborate with SA or DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.

Develop specific project deliveries while maintaining high‑quality design and construction documents.

Adopt creative design and problem‑solving approaches.

Participate in the design coordination process within the Architecture team.

Develop project BIM models and design documents (drawings and reports).

Be informed about applicable codes, requirements, and building materials / systems.

Maintain the BIM quality level under the guidance of PA / SA / DM with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.

Accountable for successful project delivery of assigned tasks meeting targeted deadlines.

Accountable for maintaining the quality of assigned tasks.

Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project man‑hours assigned by the team leader.

Communication and Collaboration

Fluency in spoken and written communication.

Active participation in internal meetings and workshops.

Build strong relationships with other team members.

Promote and maintain a collaborative environment in the office.

Department Operations

Maintain professional code of conduct in line with the company’s ethics.

Collaborate effectively with other disciplines.

Participate in knowledge sharing and skills development.

Develop an ownership approach to assigned design tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in architecture with good experience.

0 to 3 years of experience in architectural design.

Previous training or co‑op experience in architectural design.

Strong understanding of architectural design principles.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in BIM process, implementation, and workflows.
