Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative Design Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visionary architectural designs that blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability while considering the unique cultural context of the region.

Role Day‑to‑day involvement in development of project design activities and production from the early stage design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation under the guidance of Senior Architect (SA) and / or Design Manager (DM).

Responsibilities

Manage project deadlines and maintain design quality standards.

Deliver the project under the guidance of Senior Architect (SA) and / or Design Manager (DM) while providing technical support to Architects.

Participate in the implementation of the project execution plan.

Prepare the project’s list of deliverables.

Contribute to concept design preparation and graphical presentation.

Collaborate with SA and DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.

Develop project deliveries while maintaining high‑quality design documents and construction drawings.

Adopt a creative design and problem‑solving approach.

Participate in the design coordination process within the Architecture team and with disciplines (civil, structure, MEP, ID, Landscape, vertical transportation, and other specialists).

Develop BIM models and produce design documents / reports.

Conduct design code reviews and materials / systems selection.

Maintain BIM quality level in coordination with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.

Implement the project BIM Execution Plan.

Ensure successful project delivery meeting targeted deadlines and quality standards.

Plan and utilize project’s man‑hours efficiently.

Maintain professional conduct in line with the company’s ethics.

Collaborate effectively across disciplines, share knowledge, and develop skills.

Develop ownership approach to assigned design tasks.

Fluency in spoken and written communication, active participation in internal meetings, presentations, and workshops.

Build strong relationships with team members and promote collaborative environment in the office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and CAD software.

Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.

Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills.

Good knowledge of building codes and regulations, especially in Saudi Arabia.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building technologies.

Familiarity with materials, construction techniques, and local architectural styles.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects independently.

Creativity and attention to detail in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Understanding of Saudi Arabian culture and its influence on architectural design.

Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits.

Proficiency in English.
