Customer Technology Lead

Overview

As the Project Technical Lead at Nokia, you will be at the forefront of driving technical success across complex projects, liaising directly with customers and leading cross-functional technical teams. You will engage from the pre-sales phase, collaborating with Customer Chief Architects to define objectives, gather requirements, and shape project plans. Your role encompasses overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning, design, and implementation to seamless handover to operations and Care. You will be part of a dynamic Customer Services team, dedicated to optimizing technical solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, where you’ll tackle complex challenges and innovate alongside experts from diverse technical backgrounds. You will cultivate professional relationships, position yourself as a trusted advisor, and contribute significantly to delivering impactful solutions for our clients. Responsibilities
