As we expand our presence, the role of Brand Manager is critical to shaping our brand portfolio and driving strategic growth.
Role Overview : The Brand Manager will strategically manage and develop our luxury fragrance and home portfolio, encompassing buying, category management, and distribution partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with high-end fragrance and home brands and distributors, negotiating terms, and ensuring category growth and optimal portfolio performance aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Strategically manage and develop the luxury fragrance and home portfolio for both retail and distribution channels.
- Source, evaluate, and introduce new brands high-end positioning and growth objectives.
- Plan and manage sales and buying budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to drive growth and maximize profitability.
- Track retail KPIs and category performance, analyzing sales, margin, and inventory data to inform decision-making.
- Monitor and report financial performance of brands and categories, ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, brands, and distributors, securing favorable terms, exclusivity agreements, and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, maintaining robust relationships to ensure timely product availability, optimal stock levels, and efficient replenishment.
- Coordinate with retail stores to understand market needs, trends, and sales performance, ensuring product assortment meets consumer demand.
- Implement category management strategies, optimizing brand assortment, pricing, and promotion to drive growth and profitability.
- Provide rigorous follow-up and control over buying activities, supplier compliance, inventory management, and portfolio optimization.
- Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, supply chain, Ecom and operations teams to align portfolio strategies seamlessly with broader business objectives.
- Plan, forecast, and analyze monthly trade activities and retail animations across offline and online channels, while maintaining an up-to-date calendar of events and activations.
- Support new store openings by curating brand assortments, negotiating visibility and placement, and ensuring timely setup of branded units.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to align on trade initiatives, marketing campaigns, and key seasonal priorities.
- Equip and support retail teams by providing brand training materials and ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Deliver accurate demand forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize both overstocks and stockouts
- Monitor and propose pricing strategies in line with market positioning, brand guidelines, and margin targets, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, buying, or category management within luxury retail, ideally fragrances.Proven experience in managing budgets, optimizing profitability, and driving growth.Strong analytical skills, capable of leveraging market data to drive strategic decisions.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.Strategic thinker with a passion for luxury brands, fragrances, and consumer trends.Fluent in both English and Arabic.Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.#J-18808-Ljbffr
