What You’ll Do
Lead in a Matrix Environment
- Lead the Brand Team and influence cross‑functional team members to develop the most robust approach and monitor execution
- Manage‑upwards to ensure awareness and enable goal attainment
Strategic and Innovative Thinking
Identify market and brand opportunities across customers and channels (including digital) in a highly competitive environment and develop local strategies to differentiate and access themAdapt global brand strategy to meet local business needs & market insightsIntegrate short‑term tactical thinking with long‑term strategic goalsAssist in the development of marketing strategy and overall objectivesDeliver Results
Support business growth through management and implementation of brand marketing projectsSuccessfully deliver multiple projects that meet business needs whilst timelines and workload in an ambiguous environmentAssist in setting marketing activities for the achievement of short‑ and long‑term business objectives, increased profit and market controlCo‑ordinate the marketing objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall corporate plan and recommend standards and set targets where appropriateAssist in the preparation of operations matters including market research, advertising, promotion, distribution, pricing and sellingMarket Analysis & Forecasting
Ensure that all strategy is underpinned by consumer research to determine needs of target audienceEnsure the use of effective forecast models and make recommendations for improvement as necessarySupport LRP preparation and overall budget processTrack and report on unit and value accomplishments versus the plan, initiating remedial actions where necessaryMonitor marketplace competitor product evolution as necessaryBuilding Effective Collaboration
