Senior Project Manager & Client Relations Coordinator (Saudi National)

Overview

Senior Project Manager & Client Relations Coordinator (Saudi National) responsible to oversee project execution and maintain strong client relationships across the SW. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of construction and engineering projects and can immediately take on smaller projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also include liaising with other clients in Jeddah and neighboring cities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage multiple smaller projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project goals and execution.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Conduct site visits across some of the SW Projects for client’s engagement.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and client feedback summaries.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and client-centric service.
