To lead and execute the marketing strategy of the company, enhancing its brand, supporting business growth, and managing marketing and proposal activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in marketing within the construction, infrastructure, and maintenance sectors, and demonstrated experience working with major clients such as Aramco and other large entities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Marketing
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to guide business development efforts.
• Branding & Identity
• Enhance and maintain the company’s visual identity and brand positioning.
• Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, profiles, brochures, and corporate presentations.
• Lead the marketing components of proposals and bid submissions, especially for mega projects.
• Work closely with technical and estimating teams to develop compelling tender packages.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, particularly with major clients like Aramco, SABIC, SEC, and government entities.
• Digital & Traditional Marketing
• Manage website content, social media presence, and online campaigns.
• Improve SEO performance and generate leads through digital platforms.
• Client Relations & Business Development Support
• Prepare marketing kits and tailored content for meetings with high-profile clients.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in large industrial and government organizations.
• Supervise internal marketing staff and coordinate with third-party agencies.
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of all marketing deliverables.
